It is the last night of the year. In less than two hours time will march on into the year 2012. Instead of waking up at home in our own bed, we are traveling and sleeping in a hotel because Tramp 1 had to work tonight out of town.
Tomorrow morning the sun will rise and we will feel renewed - only if the sugar high from all the last minute junk food has dissipated! Oh, yeah, it is the last binge of the year with the mental promise to do much better in the new year.
When we look back at the past year we feel so fortunate - Tramp 1 made it through a year without a surgery! That is probably the biggest thing for us...

This past spring we added a new member to our pack - our dear Chucky dog.

In July we celebrated Tramp 1's dear Dad's 90th birthday - he is amazing!

The end of August we crashed my Mom's birthday celebration with her sisters. It is so special that they could all get together and celebrate Mom's 83rd birthday. Mom is the one in the black top and the girls are sitting in order of age from left to right - a very fine looking bunch of ladies and a tough act to follow!
Wishing you all heartfelt milestones in the New Year!!

Isn't you pop-in-law the cutest thing. What did he win a blue ribbon for?
Your family looks amazing. Hope you ALL have a very wonderful and Happy New Year!
Wonderful photos of family. That Chucky is getting even more handsome as he gets older. That sweet face of his just begs for lots of kisses. Wishing you many blessings in the new year. Take care, be safe, and enjoy 2012 my friend. Happy New Year to all of you.
Hah, I say the same thing after a sugar binge...it will be better in the new year!
I love the photo of the 90 year old looking spry and very energetic; wow!
Have a blessed new year!
Do hope Chucky is healing well. That is one handsome dog, and those are some high dollar toys he got. I know he appreciates your efforts to keep him comfortable!
Loved all the photos.
Chucky dog is so beautiful!
And a blue ribbon for a blue ribbon guy. He is so cute.
And, your mom with her sisters--reminds me of our family pictures.
I'm so glad Tramp 1 didn't have to have a surgery. And on that note,
