We know we have coyotes around. We often hear their yips and howls.
This one seems to come through the same area with more frequency.
Lots of good scent from the deer that have been by.
We don't often see the coyote in the daylight. But the trail cam caught him!

I've never seen one, but we have heard them more often over the last ten years or so. Their fur is really quite pretty!
We hear them at the farm but have only seen a fleeting glimpse of one. I so want a trail cam...Santa has been notified, ha. .
We had coyote packs around the house when we lived in the Los Angeles area. They would come around almost every night howling and gobbling up any stray pets. They got so brazen you could see them walking from the park across the street, through the condo development common area and out onto the street in front of our place. We had to keep our cats indoors or they would disappear in a heartbeat. - Margy
