Building an arsenal....
Yes, I truly am building an arsenal... An arsenal in the war against boredom for Chucky!! Anti-boredom weapons are being stockpiled here for future use as needed.
The rope ball is good for indoor playtime - softer for tussling around furniture - but not soft enough for him to tear apart. The Chuck it balls will offer hours of stimulation for our Chucky. The green ball rolls erratically. The orange ball whistles when thrown and the blue one spins or wobbles. The whitish one glows in the dark and should be great fun on a late summer night.
This is a Kong rubber bone and by luck the jerky treats fit perfectly into the slots at the end of the bone - just push a treat into the cavity and break it off so he has to work for it. It is a great way to dispense a treat and I like to think it also helps keep Chucky's teeth clean in the process.

He looks so cure with his rope ball! We love, love, love our Kongs. We have also been known to smear a little peanut butter inside a Kong. It keeps him busy for a long while- unfortunately, it tends to give him gas so we don't do it often!

Don't ask me, I own a chihuahua. You've got yourself one big baby there. Way to go Chucky, keep 'em working for you.
And quite the svelte physique. Can't give you any doggy advice. My kitty never listens, he just naps all day and creeps all night. Got any tips for that? - Margy
One lucky dog with all those toys and treats! I love that upside down picture of Chucky! Xxx
That's a lot of toys. :-) Our border collie loves playing ball or fetch. Inside, outside, doesn't matter. If there is no ball to be found, she'll happily bring you a pine cone. Our lab mix really isn't into toys, she prefers to eat and sleep. ;-)
We weren't too big on toys, I don't think...we did five mile walks. A tired dog is a good dog...
My dogs have more toys than my kids ever did!!
Funny picture of Chucky..what a hoot!
Actually we got another dog which definitely helped keep our dog busy and certainly calmed my little ball of white fluff down. But we too have an arsenal of toys aswell. But dogs do love company so get another dog!!! We have a small one and a big one.

We recycle hubsteads old work socks. We take as many socks as the one can hold and we make it nice and stiff and tight(looks like an overstuffed sock) and then we tie the end of the sock and walla a good toy and it has been my dogs favorite.
