The Circle of Life...
Today our friend's son passed away. I can't begin to describe the sadness we feel for them and all that they have dealt with in the past month. And now, their middle child, a 17 year old boy so close to becoming a man is gone from them, from us all. They nurtured him for all those years, teaching him and loving him, giving him the tools to be good and strong in his community and his life. And now everyone surrounding them will strive to find more purpose in their days, living their lives perhaps just a bit differently in the wake of loss. And their family will also change as they bend and sway in the breezes of grief, each individual grieving in the way and time needed for them to cycle through. Let their hearts be gently lifted of the pain they are suffering and bring them peace....

This is so incredibly sad. I feel terrible for them. I hope they find the strength to get through this.
I have followed your postings about this tragedy and it is so sad. It just doesn't seem right or fair that a young life with promise had to be taken so soon.
As hard as it may seem now, his family will get through this. Each day will get easier and they will be able to reflect on the good times little by little and remember them with less pain.
Though we can never know the reason behind this sort of thing, we can take a little comfort in the fact that we still have the memories of better times, and the knowing that he is home now in a better place.
My heart goes out to the family striving to handle their grief, and hopefully sending a prayer for them will help just a bit!
It is heart wrenching to hear of this but your friends are truly blessed to have friends such as you.
Thanks to you all for caring. They are such a strong family and are doing well so far.
that is always a mystery I have a hard time understanding, why? but--it is the path for some of us. Will pray for them.
