Snow - making up time...

We have not gotten the snow we should have so far this winter.  At least not until now...  It started snowing like crazy on Friday afternoon and by Saturday evening we had some 20 inches of the white stuff piled up.  I know so many of you have been dealing with bad weather issues, so this post is probably just like old news.  But for us here, it brought much needed moisture to our high desert.

No dining outside!

We are so glad we had the deck replaced a few years back.  This snow would have taken the old one down for certain.

Chucky was digging deep to find his beloved ball.

If the yardbird sees his shadow, does that mean we will have six more weeks of winter??

You did get dumped on. I bet ours has totaled that by now but it didn't come all at once. More on the way on Wednesday night.

You got a lot more than we did, just a dusting that melted by late morning. But it was still fun to see it come down and coat the deck. Heading to Oregon for some basketball. Got my fingers crossed it won't snow while we have to drive. But the forecast seems to be calling for rain. - Margy

Looks as though Mother Nature saved up all your snow and dropped it on you in one snowfall! 20" is more than we've gotten at once this winter. Enjoy the moisture it will give you.
