Tuesday afternoon and big changes...

Things have been happening here at a very fast pace this week. Rock guy and his fellow worker have quit for the day. This is what they left parked outside my kitchen window...

This is the pond site before they started working on it

Here is the after photo. The waterfall sounds so wonderful and I can see it from several windows.

The birds and the deer are sure going to enjoy it. So will the lizards and the bunnies. Guess it will be good for a lot of creatures besides us!

Wow, rock guy really did a nice job. I can hear the water making its way down the falls. And giving nature a helping hand, good for everyone. - Margy

Great pool, I’m deeply jealous! Seriously though we put a small ‘puddle’ in our backyard some years ago and even here in suburbia it has become a real wildlife magnet. Just you wait and you’ll have the little critters queuing to use it.

John

Thanks, everyone. It has been really fun to watch the bird traffic. Not many place for them to get a drink around here. We will probably have more birds due to the water availability now. They can hear water from great distances so we may attract some new visitors.
