Bluebird Nest Update
A week ago today we were back on the road headed to Washington to judge a BBQ competition. Of course, Chukar could not attend the actual event so he went to stay with my dear Mom. It didn't go so well for her - he was one wild puppy and after two nights with him, she knew that he was more than she could handle for that long until he settles down some.
This sweet sleeping puppy - so good in the car - turned into Cujo when he was left with my Mom. We think it was separation anxiety and not enough time chasing the tennis ball!

I LOVE those wide open mouths-how funny on the baby birds! Adorable!
so sweet! Poor Mom. :)
The pictures of the birds are amazing!! Your poor mom - I hope she recovers from her company soon.
How lucky you are to see these babies. Hope is OK now.
What cute little babies. I hope we get swallows again this year. - Margy
Those little mouths look like spring flowers-- bright crocus, perhaps! Congrats on your brood -- the birds and the big boy! Chuckar looks like he will be a joy -- more so in a year or two when he settles down. Best wished on pups, bluebirds and Tramp 1's better back!
