Fresh Snow - Finally!
This is the North Sister in the Oregon Cascade mountains at sunrise this morning. Fresh snow fell overnight and more is on the way. We really need it here and are grateful for every flake!
Isn't it wonderful? Last summer was so bad we lost prehistoric glacier ice. It'll never return. If we didn't have the August early rain our lake would have been the lowest ever. - Margy

Beautiful shot! We continue to have warmer than usual temps here. Snow seems a long way off, but I know it can change quickly.
